Packages for every size
of operation.
FastDragon is modular. You switch on the parts that match how you and your team work, and you pay for those. A single store and a multi-state jobber are not buying the same software, so they should not be quoted the same way.
Tell us what you runHowever big your operation, there's a dragon that fits.
The same platform, sized to you. You only ever carry the dragon you need, and it grows the day you do.
One convenience store, or an agent running one location.
The daily close, the pricebook, and the fuel that store sells, in one place. The lightest thing we make.
A single site or a small book of business.
Wholesale, agent-run stations, or a store you own and operate. Start with the piece you need most and switch on the rest when you are ready.
The growing jobber or multi-store operator.
Several dealers, a handful of stations or stores, more than one state to file in, and the books that go with all of it. The full daily workflow.
Multi-entity, multi-state, high volume.
Every module, built to scale. Operations over 500 locations run under our Big Dragon program.
Not sure which one you are? Most operators are somewhere between the middle two. Tell us what you run and we will place you.
What moves it, and what does not.
There is no seat count that creeps, no volume tier that reprices you after a good year, and no module you are made to buy to unlock another one.
- How many dealers and retailers you supply
- How many commissioned-agent stations you run
- How many stores you own and operate
- How many states you file motor fuel tax in
- How many companies you keep separate books for
- Whether we keep the books or you connect the accounting you already use
- Which modules you switch on: compliance, real estate, fuel rebates, loyalty
Three steps, no procurement project.
Tell us what you run
Dealers, stations, stores, states, companies. Five minutes on the form below or on the phone.
We scope it and price it
You get the monthly, the one-time onboarding, and exactly what is in each. In writing.
The number is fixed before you sign
No discovery phase that reprices you in month four. What we quote is what you pay.
The number we give you is the number.
Most of this market prices you off what they think you can pay, then finds the rest of it in implementation. We would rather scope it once, in front of you, and hold to it.
- Pay for exactly what you need and nothing else. Ever.
- No more trying to force your business to fit someone else's software.
- Industry leading security built for today's world.
Straight answers.
How much does fuel jobber software cost?
It depends on what you run: how many dealers you supply, how many commissioned-agent stations you operate, how many states you file motor fuel tax in, and how many sets of books you keep. FastDragon is modular, so a single-site operator and a multi-state jobber are not paying the same thing. Tell us what you run and we will give you the monthly and the one-time onboarding for your operation.
How much does convenience store (c-store) software cost?
A store you own and operate is priced per store, and it comes down per store as you add more. A retail-only operator pays no separate wholesale platform fee. Ask us for the number on the size you actually run.
What is TurboTurtle C-store Lite?
TurboTurtle is our C-store Lite back office, an add-on for your commissioned agent locations. It is the lightweight alternative to the full FastDragon C-store: quick to start, easy to run, and built to get the daily close done in 30 minutes or less. It is the least expensive thing we sell.
Why do you not publish your prices?
Because there is no one price to publish. What a jobber supplying three dealers pays and what a multi-state operator with four sets of books pays are different by an order of magnitude, and a single headline figure would mislead one of them. We would rather ask what you run and give you a real number for it.
Will you tell me the range before I get on a call?
Yes. Send the form below and we will tell you roughly where an operation your size lands before you commit to anything. If we are not the right fit on budget, we would both rather find that out in an email.
Is there a long-term contract?
No enterprise lock-in. We want you to stay because FastDragon works for you, not because a contract traps you.
Can I start with just one part?
Yes. Most operators start with the piece they need most and switch on the rest later. You pay for exactly what you turn on, nothing else.

A few lines about your operation is enough to place you in a range. A real person reads it, and a real person calls you back.
