Commissioned agents & consignment
Settle every agent station, every day.
You own the fuel. The agent sells it and keeps the store. That is a settlement at every site, every day. FastDragon runs it.

Consignment closes daily.
Fuel money the agent collected, card money that came straight to you, rent one way, commission the other. Every station, every day.
- A workbook per station, and one person who understands it
- Card receipts and pump sales that never quite meet
- A settlement everybody agreed to and nobody signed
From pump reading to posted entry.
The same three steps for one station or for fifty.
Four figures, one answer, every day.
The agent collected fuel money for you. The card receipts already came to you directly. Add the day’s rent, take off the day’s commission, and what is left is the draft. FastDragon does that for every station, every day, and tells you which way the money goes.
- Fuel sales, card receipts, daily rent, and commission in one figure
- Autodraft when the agent owes you, push payment when you owe them
- A negative day shows as negative
- Open an old day and it uses the terms that were in force then

Balanced journal entry posted to the books
Signed off, by name.
Fuel sales break out by grade, with gallons, dollars, and the average price you actually got. When the day looks right, it gets signed. If a figure moves afterwards, the signature reads stale until somebody looks again.
- Sales by grade with gallons, dollars, and average price per gallon
- A named sign-off against the figure that was signed
- Later edits mark the signature stale, whatever changed them
- Full history of who signed what and when

Change a figure after sign-off and the signature reads “stale” until somebody looks again.
One balanced entry, per station, per day.
Posting the day writes fuel revenue, rent, the commission expense, the card clearing, the agent receivable, and the inventory relief in one balanced entry. Correct the day and post again, and it replaces the entry.
- One balanced journal entry per station per day
- Fuel inventory relieved at cost, with the over and short carried
- Re-posting replaces, so a correction never doubles up
- The books read from the same figures the settlement did

Post it again after a correction and it replaces the old entry rather than stacking a second one.
The whole agent relationship, in one place.
One figure a day, per station, posted in balance.

- Autodraft one way and push payment the other
- Named sign-off, with stale detection when figures move
- A balanced journal entry per station per day
- Per station monthly summaries and profitability
- The agent’s own store back office as an add-on, through TurboTurtle
