This website
When you fill in a form on this site (a demo request or a question), we receive what you type: your name, company, role, email, phone, state, the size and type of your operation, and your message. It comes to our own inbox, and we use it to answer you. A spam check from Cloudflare runs on the form. The site runs no advertising trackers or analytics. The author page shows a LinkedIn profile badge, which LinkedIn loads.
The FastDragon software
Fuel distributors use FastDragon to keep their books and run their orders. The records they put in it, including their customers' and haulers' names, addresses, emails and phone numbers, belong to that distributor. We hold them to run the software for the distributor and for no other purpose.
Text messages
A phone number in FastDragon receives texts only as described in the SMS terms: orders, deliveries and prices from the distributor it belongs to. Texts are delivered through Twilio, the text message service FastDragon uses. Mobile numbers and texting consent are never sold, and never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing. A number that replies STOP gets no more texts until it replies START.
Who else sees it
Only the companies that run parts of the service for us: our hosting provider, Cloudflare, our email delivery service, and Twilio for texts. Each sees only what it needs to do that job. We share information when the law requires it. We sell nothing.
Keeping it safe
The software is reached over encrypted connections and is backed up every night. Bank account and routing numbers for customer drafts are never stored in FastDragon at all; they stay on the distributor's own computer.
Your choices
Ask us to see, correct or delete what we hold about you from this website, and we will. For records a distributor keeps about you in FastDragon, ask that distributor, and we will help them do it.
