Who sends these texts
FastDragon is software used by fuel distributors to run their business. A distributor using FastDragon can text its own dealer customers and the fuel haulers who carry its loads. Each text names the distributor that sent it. That distributor is the sender, and FastDragon is the service that delivers the text for it.
What you receive
- Haulers: each fuel order assigned to you, with the site, the gallons, the delivery time and a link to confirm it, and notes about that order.
- Dealers and customers: your fuel prices for the day, and answers about orders you have placed.
These texts are about orders, deliveries and prices. They carry no advertising.
How you sign up
You give your mobile number to the distributor in writing when your account or hauling agreement is set up, and agree there to receive these texts. The distributor enters the number only after you have agreed. Giving your number is not a condition of buying fuel or hauling loads.
How often
It varies with your business. A hauler gets a text for each order assigned to them. A dealer who receives prices gets one price text each business day.
Cost
Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile plan decides what a text costs you.
Stopping the texts
Reply STOP to any text to stop all texts from that distributor. STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END and QUIT work the same way. You get one text confirming it, and nothing more from that number. Reply START to turn them back on.
Help

Your privacy
Your mobile number and your agreement to receive texts are never sold or shared with anyone for marketing. The privacy policy says what we keep and why.
